After completing his undergraduate studies, Alan completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Melbourne, before working as a general dentist in both public and private clinics. He has worked as the Senior Dentist at Goulburn Valley Health and Lecturer at the Department of Rural Health at the University of Melbourne. He then undertook specialist orthodontic training at the University of Melbourne to obtain his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in 2021.
Alan is a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists and Australian Dental Association. He is also a certified member with the Australasian Orthodontic Board.
To keep up to date with the latest scientific and technological advances, Alan regularly attends local and international orthodontic meetings and conferences, so that his patients can receive the very best possible care.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his partner Gloria and their pug Herbert, exploring different restaurants, and watching the Essendon Football Club.
